Thank you so much, we had the best night! Much of that, I am sure, is down to Abbey Road! All of the boys were so friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, constantly checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was to our liking. They really were brilliant! Hi James, I am emailing to pass on a 5 star review for Abbey Road who played at our wedding on 13.07.23 The boys were outstanding! Jay was so lovely to deal with on the day and after telling me they had to switch out one of the normal band members due to a family emergency I was a little bit gutted when I realised it was the singer, as that was one of the main reasons we booked them…..however, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The stand in (I think from the Lockhearts) was amazing and each member of the band was exceptionally talented…one of the highlights of my whole day was when Jay took to the middle of the dance floor playing his guitar solo with his guitar behind his head…so much fun! They played all the right songs at the right times and our guests absolutely loved it. The dance floor was bouncing! We have had nothing but great feedback from our guests since, with a few saying they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. After cries from our guests of “one more tune, one more tune” at the end, the impromptu finale song, ‘living on a prayer’ was absolute carnage on the dance floor and every time I hear this song in future it will bring back such happy memories…thank you! Abbey road played at our wedding in December 2022. They were so helpful in the lead up to the wedding, including songs that we wanted played on the night. They were so friendly and enthusiastic in the build up to the day, working with us on songs we wanted not included on their song list and accommodating with a couple of friends who were performing during their break.  The set and performance was absolutely fantastic, the guys created an amazing atmosphere and the dance floor was literally never empty. We had the boys play at our wedding at Dalmeny Park at the beginning of July and we couldn’t be happier with the part they played in our day. We panicked a little bit when the original line up changed but in hindsight we are delighted we didn’t think of changing as they absolutely smashed it. We hired Abbey Road for our wedding on 31st October at Balbirnie House Hotel and they we're amazing. Would definitely recommend if you have and event coming up and you want your dancefloored filled. A great mix of songs and they were so accommodating with song choices and everything we wanted. Jay is the friendliest person and kept us updated with everything and kept me calm with changes that were unfortunately outwith our control. We both can't wait to go see them again at a show asap. We had the pleasure of having Abbey Road as our wedding band a couple of weeks back - we cannot recommend them enough!! Jay was great in the lead up to the wedding communication wise. We asked them if they could play our first dance song and a second (Skerryvore -Take my hand and Gerry Cinnamon - Belter) and nothing was too much for them. They absolutely smashed them on the night 🤩 Jay made sure to greet us when they arrived and explained to us how long setting up etc would take - everything went so smoothly. The set list was amazing, lots of variety, there were songs for all our guests to enjoy. They also interacted with us and our guests, coming out on the dance floor with the guitars etc. This was a nice touch. The dance floor was packed all night and our guests have commented on how good they were. If you are considering booking up Abbey Road - do it! You and your guests will not be disappointed. We booked Abbey Road for our wedding on 6th August and they were absolutely incredible. They had everyone on the dance floor all night long with their fab tunes. So many great reviews from family and friends. The boys were so friendly and relaxed about everything. The boys played my friends Wedding back in February 2022 in House for an Art Lover. As a musician myself we sometimes judge other musicians to a higher standard but no matter what standard I could have expected these guys exceeded it. Dance floor was packed from start to finish. WOW WOW WOW!!! You guys are just the BEST. Abbey Road played during the day acoustically at our wedding and played at night as a band before a dj set for the final hour. They were absolutely faultless and had our dance floor full all night! so many guests commented that they were the best wedding band they had ever heard and people are still messaging us and talking about the night now. My husband even said ita the best night he's had since his 21st so thank you for making it an unforgettable night. They learnt our first dance song and ensured the bridal party knew to get up half way through and did a good mix of music all night. There aren't enough words to describe just how good Abbey Road are! They played at our wedding on Thursday and we had the best night ever! They played our first song perfectly, were such good banter and are the most talented musicians we've ever seen - shredding guitar solos played behind his head!? The last 1.5 hours were just incredible, they got right onto the dance floor and got everyone involved. Every single guest told us how awesome they thought the band were. If you are considering booking them, DO IT NOW! When I booked a year ago they were already booked for the 3 days after our wedding, I think we only got lucky as it was a Thursday - there is a reason why they're booked up so far in advance!
